Welcome
A very warm welcome to all visitors and supporters of the 48th Annual Sofala Show – 23rd February, 2025
2025 Show
23rd February, 2025
Welcome to the 48th Sofala Show.
As with years past our volunteers have been working tirelessly to produce a show that showcases our communities’ achievements.
It gives me great pleasure to announce that we have secured major sponsorship from Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (Health NSW). They will be quite visible on the day, so I urge you to have a chat.
The focus this year is on the wellbeing of all community members, whether young or old.
Thanks to our stallholders and vendors for supporting us.
In closing I would like again to thank our committee and members for their ongoing support and guidance. Without this wonderful team the Sofala Show would not happen.
regards,
David Murray
President

RAMHP (Rural Adversity Mental Health Program) was established in 2007 to support the mental health of people in regional, rural, and remote areas of New South Wales. The program is committed to addressing the mental health needs of vulnerable populations within these communities. RAMHP employs 20 Coordinators embedded in local health districts, who are themselves from rural backgrounds, ensuring they understand the unique challenges and strengths of rural life.
RAMHP provides a free service and focuses on connecting individuals to mental health services through personalised advice, enhancing community capacity via tailored training, sharing information about mental health resources, and collaborating with stakeholders to create effective care pathways and responses to priority issues.
Come say ‘hello’ and have a chat with us at the Show!
