GENERAL INFORMATION

•All cakes must be on White Disposable
Plates Only, Must be in a clear plastic bag &
tied securely with twist ties. NO cling wrap.
• Round or square tins – NO ring tins.
•All entries must have list of ingredients.
•All entries to be at Tobin pavilion by 8:30am,
24 February.
• Entry form for each person, to be placed under
entry.

ADULT SECTION
1. Carrot cake
2. Chocolate Cake (made with Butter)
3. Date and Walnut Loaf
4. Damper
5. Plain butter cake (Iced)
6. Plate Slice (one variety)
7. Plate Biscuits (one variety)
8. 6 Scones (any variety)
9. 6 Muffins (any variety)
10. 6 small tarts (any filling)
11. (NEW) Bread of any variety
• All cakes to be auctioned at 3.00 pm.
• Prize money for 1st and 2nd.
•Most successful in each age section ribbon.

AGE GROUP 2. 7- 12 years
14. 3 Pikelets
15. 3 Muffins
16. Biscuits of any variety
AGE GROUP 3. 13 – 16 years
17. 6 Butterfly Cakes
18. 1 Iced Chocolate cake ( made with butter )
19. 1 Plate of Slice of any variety
Entries Must be cooked in Age group only.
If children enter outside correct Age group
they will NOT be judged.
Plates must be Clearly Marked with NAME,
AGE and AGE GROUP.
