GENERAL INFORMATION

Print Category entries MUST be mounted on cardboard no thicker than 2mm and no wider than 4cm around the photo.

SNAPSHOTS MUST NOT be mounted.

Each entry must be clearly identified with category, name, phone number and age (children’s entries) and Name of the Entry printed on the back of each entry.

LARGE PRINTS – 12 x 8.

SMALL PRINTS – 6 x 4, 6 x 8 or 7 x 5.

Large and small entries are to be judged separately. (Except in Children’s section)

All entries to be in by 2pm at the Sofala Showground Saturday 24th February 2024.
Drop Off Depot – Pigments & Palettes 239 Russell St, Bathurst by 1pm Thursday 22 February.
All photos to be collected from Showground after 4.30pm Show Day or by prior arrangement. Entries will not be delivered back to Pigments & Palettes.
NO FRAMED PRINTS – Except in Historical Section.
NO SLIDES.
Entry form are available on day of entry or from the Show website and must be completed prior to entry.
Entries that do not comply with the terms above and categories listed below will not be accepted for judging.
