CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• Large prints – 12×8 Small prints 6×4, 6×8 or 7×5
• Large prints entries must be mounted on cardboard no thicker than 2mm and no wider than 4cm around the photo.
• Snapshots must not be mounted
• Large and small prints are to be judged separately (Except in the Children’s section)
• All entries are to be lodged at the Sofala Showground by 2.00pm on Saturday 22 February 2025
• Each entry must be clearly identified with category, name, phone number and age (children’s entries)
• Name of the Entry must be printed on the back of each entry
• Drop Off Depot – Pigments & Palettes 239 Russell St, Bathurst by 1pm Thursday 22nd February
• All photos to be collected from Showground after 4.39pm Show Day
• NO FRAMED PRINTS – Except in Historical Section.
• NO SLIDES
